FX Currency Services Ltd – ‘your foreign exchange expert’

Current Vacancies:

You will undertake foreign exchange transactions in our Bureau de Change, providing excellent customer service and have a strong sales focus in the buying and selling foreign currencies, traveller’s cheques and conduct money transfers.

Previous experience in a cash-handling role or in a retail sales environment would be advantageous, but is not essential as a comprehensive training programme is provided.

Learning & Development Officer / HR Officer (CIPD)

Reporting to the HR Manager, in this role you will be responsible for all aspects of generalist HR, with a specific focus on learning and development, and training needs analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Training and Development - delivery for the whole organisation
• Recruitment - overseeing the recruitment process and conduct face-to-face interviewing
• Employee Relations - handling disciplinary and grievances
• Employment Law - giving advice to managers
• HR Projects - conducting ad hoc projects as required

To succeed in this position you must be an experienced HR Officer with experience of learning and development. You must also have a CIPD qualification, or be working towards it. Flexibility to travel is also essential.
